Is there a bus from Shinjuku Station to Hilton Tokyo?
There is a shuttle bus.
How can I book a dessert buffet by phone? Do you also have internet reservation?
It was possible to do it on the net, but I think it can not be done now because it is full.
How far is the Narita airport from the Hilton and approximatly what is the price for a taxi from the airport to the Hilton Also how far is the Hilton Shinjuku from the cruise port terminal ( i think its called Tokyo fashion Town Hall area )

Is there an observatory where you can see the night view?
Hilton Tokyo has restaurants and bars on the lower floors. We do not know the view from the Executive Floor Lounge. I'm sorry. I don't think there is a free access observatory in the building.
Can I take a limousine bus from Narita Airport to go directly to the hotel?
I took the subway which was about 3000 yen to Shibuya Station and then took a short Uber to the hotel.

The view is amazing even though there aren't many options for lunch. The food and service are good though.
